Dark Herald posted about this problem and the ingenious solution Disney used to solve it for Mary Poppins in the 1960s. Like losing the tech to land on the moon, but for real haha. It was very complex and expensive and only a few working prototypes were ever constructed.
I loved that video. Truly fascinating and disappointing that Disney owned the patent and held it. Can you imagine how much further graphics and special effects would be if it had been made more accessible. (I would be willing to bet that Disney’s own effects guys have no idea how to do what was done for Mary Poppins I think Niko mentioned in his video on it.)

Yep. I bet seeing that process in action is part of what got Niko's gears grinding and eventually led to CorridorKey.
