So my writer just lucked out. 100s of pages, and he pays me in coffee 😆

Shocked to hear how much JDA wasted on artists with nothing to show for it.

There’s an old adage “garbage in, garbage out”. I think AI is going to make this even more evident. AI is merely a tool, and those with knowledge and talent are going to produce better things than those who are talentless. It also decentralizes art, which should make all artists happy.

It also makes art plentiful. Like grains of sand in the desert plentiful.

Are they so deluded that they think they can stop the inevitable?

What DC/Marvel are going to do is ineptly use AI on their own to cut down on paying artists and outsource coloring and such to India and create grotesque product. The anti-AI push is just to try and slow everyone else down because they think they can learn it faster, which they will be unable to.

They’re owned by megacorps so they can do completely uneconomic things for a long time. Marvel and DC are going to become vanity brands soon.
